White-Label SEO for Agencies

Senior SEO delivered under your brand. For web design, Shopify build and PPC agencies whose clients are asking for SEO, and who do not have a specialist on the team to do it.

Talk About a Partnership

Who this is for

Agencies that build and run websites, and whose clients keep asking the same question: can you help us rank? Typically studios of five to thirty people in Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom, with Shopify or WordPress builds in the portfolio and no SEO lead on the team.

You keep the client relationship. I do the SEO work behind it.

How it works under your brand

Your client does not hear from me unless you want them to. Reports go out on your template and branding. Recommendations are written for you to present, in your voice. I sign an NDA before any client details are shared, and I work to your deadlines and your process rather than asking you to adopt mine.

If you would rather bring me into a client call as part of your team, that works too. It is your call, account by account.

What I deliver

  • Technical SEO audits. Crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and the platform defaults that hold sites back.
  • Keyword research and page mapping. Every commercial term assigned to the page that should own it, so client pages do not compete with each other.
  • On-page optimisation. Titles, headings, content structure and internal linking on the pages that carry commercial intent.
  • Shopify collection and product pages. The pages where ecommerce revenue is actually won or lost.
  • International and multi-market setups. Hreflang, market structure and localisation for clients selling across borders.
  • Structured data. Product, collection, breadcrumb, organisation and FAQ markup, generated to stay accurate.
  • Analytics and tracking. GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Looker Studio, set up so results can be proven. See analytics and tracking setup.
  • Migration SEO. Redirect mapping, launch checks and monitoring for the replatforms and redesigns you build. See SEO site migrations.
  • Monthly reporting. In your format, showing what changed, why, and what happens next.

Why agencies partner rather than hire

A senior SEO hire is a salary, recruitment time, and a gamble on someone who has not worked on your clients yet. It also only makes sense once you have enough SEO work to fill a full-time role.

A partner is a monthly cost you can pass through to clients at a margin, that scales up or down with the work you actually win. You can offer SEO this week rather than after a hiring process.

Agency-side experience

I run SEO across multiple client accounts and markets, inside agency workflows. White-labelled deliverables, client-facing reporting, account deadlines and working inside someone else's process are familiar ground rather than something to learn on your clients.

Verified results

More than one million organic clicks and 62 million search impressions across seven markets and six language markets.

An Australian ecommerce brand grew organic clicks by 180%, with average position improving from 9.7 to 6.6. A wellness platform's United States market went from nothing to 139,000 clicks per quarter at an average position of 9.5, and its UK market reached 71,600 clicks and 5.63 million impressions. A German market was built from zero organic presence to roughly 6,800 clicks within six months.

Every figure comes from Google Search Console.

Working hours and communication

I am based in Kathmandu, four to five hours behind Australian eastern time and around five hours ahead of the UK, so working hours overlap both the Australian and UK business day. Updates are written and asynchronous by default, which suits agencies juggling several clients, with calls scheduled when they are genuinely needed.

Pricing

Partnership pricing is set on scope, either per client or as a monthly allocation across several, and is set so there is room for your margin. I would rather quote once I understand the clients and the work involved than publish a figure that fits nobody.

How a partnership starts

  • A short call. Your clients, your services, and where SEO keeps coming up.
  • Start with one client. A single client site of your choosing, scoped and quoted like any other project, so you can judge the work before bringing more accounts.
  • Agree the format. Scope, reporting template, communication and the NDA.
  • Deliver under your brand. Work starts, and your client sees your agency doing it.

Where this is not the right fit

Volume link building or content mills. I do not buy links or sell link packages, and I do not produce high-volume content at low cost. If that is what your clients are paying for, I am the wrong partner.

Paid media. I work on organic search. Google Ads and paid social deserve someone who does them full time.

White-label SEO questions, answered

What is white-label SEO?

White-label SEO is SEO work carried out by a specialist and delivered under an agency's own brand. The agency keeps the client relationship and presents the work as its own, while the specialist handles the audits, optimisation and reporting behind it.

Will my clients know I am outsourcing?

Not unless you tell them. Reports go out on your branding, recommendations are written for you to present, and I sign an NDA before any client details are shared.

Can I see the work before committing?

Yes. Partnerships usually start with one client site of your choosing, scoped and quoted as a normal project, so you can judge the quality before bringing more accounts.

How is white-label SEO priced?

On scope, either per client or as a monthly allocation across several clients, set so there is room for your margin. Pricing is quoted once the clients and work involved are clear.

Do you work with agencies outside Nepal?

Yes. Agencies in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom are the main focus. Kathmandu is four to five hours behind Australian eastern time and around five hours ahead of the UK, so working hours overlap both. Communication is written and asynchronous by default.

Offer SEO without hiring for it

Start with one of your client sites. See the work on a real project, then decide whether a wider partnership makes sense.
